Research and Advising

CESI supports government agencies, developers, utilities, financers, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses in their creation and management of innovative programs. Our specialty is energy efficiency, renewable-energy development, energy assurance and reliability, and owner’s-agent services dealing with energy service contractors. We can tell what is feasible and financeable, what can be marketed, and what can be efficiently managed. We design programs to meet exacting standards and detailed regulations. We provide grant administration and documentation support. We make complex things understandable, and potentially costly programs affordable.
