CESI supports government agencies, nonprofits, developers, utilities, and small businesses in grant proposals, setting up their programs, managing their contractors, and documenting and reporting on their achievements. We are now working in fifteen jurisdictions from the Virgin Islands and Cincinnati to Massachusetts and from Marin County, CA to the District of Columbia.

Program Implementation

Taking a program design from theory to implementation requires expert guidance and coordination.  Process development, contractor management, strategic marketing and outreach and continual customer service in conjunction with continual program review to ensure improvement and success are all integral pieces of implementation.  Consistent, sustained effort must be dedicated to the start-up effort as processes become standardized and a brand is created around the program.
