CESI forms new enterprises and helps them succeed. We write their business plans, help raise their capital, support their recruiting and organization, and design their marketing. Most are independent nonprofit corporations, but some are government-sponsored or profit-making. A majority are small but some grow to be quite large. Some just need a convincing strategic plan, and others comprehensive support throughout their early years. CESI’s principals have been doing this successfully for three decades, forming literally dozens of new businesses, nonprofit organizations, and innovative government programs.
